CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT POLICY Thank you for choosing Beyondbeautistry 🤍 Please carefully review all policies before booking. When you schedule an appointment, you are agreeing to all terms listed below. DEPOSITS • All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • The deposit goes toward your total service cost. • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, that time is no longer available to other clients. ⸻ RESCHEDULING POLICY • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. • Deposits may be transferred one time only to a new appointment. • Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. ⸻ CANCELLATION POLICY • Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge of 3of the total service cost. • The $25 deposit will also be forfeited. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges. ⸻ NO-SHOW POLICY • Clients who fail to show up without communication will automatically be banned from booking future appointments. • No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost and loss of deposit. • If booking privileges remain, a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. ⸻ LATE POLICY • Please arrive on time. Services are time-sensitive. • There is a 15-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes without notice, you will be considered a no-show, and the above no-show policy will apply. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified service to accommodate remaining time. ⸻ GUEST POLICY • No extra guests, children, or additional company are permitted during your appointment. ⸻ By booking with Beyondbeautistry, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies listed above.
